ORDERS AND CONTRACT

Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between you and theaceclothing.com when we dispatch the goods you have ordered and not before.

 A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by theaceclothing.com, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are dispatched ,the order may not be accepted by theaceclothing.com , or may be cancelled by you.

 For security reasons, until you have placed an order for goods, received your first statement and a payment has been received for those goods, you will be unable to order gift cards. For security reasons we may restrict the volumes of certain items to be sold in any one transaction.

 Following formation of the contract, theaceclothing.com shall continue to own any goods ordered until it has received payment in full from you, even though the goods may have already been delivered to you

DELIVERY POLICY

How can we help?

We deliver our goods to all major cities of Pakistan.

Once you have placed the order on our website, you will receive a call from our sales representative or verification email to confirm your order within 24 hours. Size, colour, material, number of items etc. can be discussed and confirmed at that time. After the confirmation, your order will be sent to our warehouse and any further change may not be permissible. Quality check and packing takes 1-2 business days depending upon number of items, sizes and type of goods. Order is dispatched through Leopard courier. The shipping process takes 1-2 business days to reach you In case the product is not delivered within 5 business days, the customers are requested to contact at info@.theaceclothing.com

Please note that the orders only ship on business days exclusive of Sunday and national holidays.

Please provide your full name as on your NIC and full address along with your contact details to avoid any delays. Courier company will try to contact you via telephone number provided before arranging delivery. If unable to contact, courier company will return the parcel to theaceclothing.com and we will then try to contact you and arrange another delivery.

For Pakistan, standard courier delivery charge is Rs 300 per Kg per delivery for one person delivery items. But charges may vary depending upon location and regulated by Leopard courier. Delivery is free on orders Rs 5000/. Or more. For any order below that price please note that the buyer is responsible for any tariff, tax, handling fees,  etc.

Please present your original CNIC to delivery staff of courier company to avoid delivery on a wrong address or to a wrong person

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

How can we help?

You can return your unwanted item(s) within 7 days from the date you received your package if a wrong or defective item was sent.
Please note that cash refunds will only be given on damaged articles if a fresh item is not available. We make sure that the items are in their best condition before they are being dispatched, however, if the customer receives a damaged article, they can ask for a full cash refund.

sign into your account using your customer number and password or email address and password to write a refund request. OR

We will provide you a courier address on which you can send the package by Leopard courier on your cost.

The items must be in its original packaging with its receipt within 7 days.  You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method for example, Leopard courier.. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

 After receiving the package, if the items found in a sound condition, able to be used by another customer, the money would be refunded and credited to your account provided in your e-mail. A refund will be issued  to the value of the item printed on the receipt   The transfer charges will be levied. Please note that your shipping cost is non-refundable.

We cannot accept substitute or alternative items by way of returns nor are we able to send them back to you, so please look closely at the items you return to us. If you return or attempt to return substitute or alternative items you will still be responsible for paying for the original item purchased and we reserve the right to charge an investigation fee to cover the cost of our investigating the position. Accepting returned goods and/or crediting an account does not constitute a waiver of our right to charge an investigation fee

Additional terms and conditions apply to cancelling orders for certain goods such as made to order items. Please refer to the terms relating to the supply of those goods. Additional Delivery Charges will not be refunded if you cancel or return your order

EXCHANGE POLICY

How can we help?

In order to exchange an item, you will need to return the unwanted item back to us and re-order. The products will only be exchanged if we have failed to deliver the right size or colour. Product descriptions are clearly mentioned on our website and it is the customer’s responsibility to check the material, size and colour before ordering. In case the customer orders the wrong material, size or colour, there would be 25% deduction in price for the exchange item. The exchange request will only be entertained within 7 days of receiving the products.

 As our products are imported from UK, Europe and Gulf, the colour shades or sizes like small, medium or large may be different for different brands and countries of origin. So discuss all these issues before confirmation of order. After order is confirmed, the exchange would only be done if the issue is at our end.

After 7 days it will be solely company decision to fulfill your request or not.

NON REFUNDABLE/EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

How can we help?

Please note that some items are non-refundable and non exchangeable and are listed below:

  • All items purchased in sale or in reduced price offers or clearance
  • For hygiene reasons, all cosmetics and grooming products, jewelry, bed sheets, duvets and pillows.
  • Any product with a security seal, cannot be refunded or exchanged if the seal is broken.
  • Gift Cards and Vouchers cannot be returned, or exchanged for cash.

If you do not have a receipt or original packing, the items will not be refunded or exchanged.

Under Consumer Regulations you have the right to cancel your order before order is dispatched. Your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods for example personalized items and goods made to your order which cannot be cancelled by you once you have received an email confirmation that your order has been received or you confirmed to our sales representative on phone, as such items and goods may already be in production as a result of your order. Other items included in this category are  health & beauty products and cosmetics,. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing by  e-mail on info@theaceclothing.com OR sign into your account using your customer number and password or email address and password to write a cancellation request.
